We take you from the very beginning all the way to a prototype or a fully functioning product. We’ll operate as a true partner in your endeavour, and once it’s complete, you can even engage us on an ongoing basis, looking after operations and maintenance of the facility.

Confidentiality assured
Before we begin, rest assured we implement NDAs as standard practice, so your IP is fully protected. This security enables frictionless, productive discussions and a common understanding from the start.
Formal Proposal
Because of the complexity of most projects, it generally takes several meetings to understand the scope of work involved fully. However, once we’ve confirmed the final project brief we’ll allocate the specialist resources required and define the project cost. This will be presented to you as a formal proposal so everyone’s clear on what’s required.
Staged Projects
We’ll outline a long-term plan for your vision and break it up into more manageable projects. When we work together for the first time, we’ll start on a short-term, low-risk undertaking with crystal clear deliverables. This approach is designed to build confidence in our working relationship before we move on to the rest of the project.
Progress Updates
If your project is highly complex, we’ll give you a detailed Gantt chart so you can see progress, timelines and dependencies. You’ll also receive email updates, and we’ll meet once a week to let you know what's coming up and iron out any roadblocks. We can also jump on a call to discuss if you like, and we’ll arrange a series of contact hours before commencing the project.
The next step of the journey
If you’re faced with a hurdle you just can’t overcome, we can step in to help and set you on the right course to proceed independently. First of all, we’ll assess what stage you’re at using the Technology Readiness Level tool, originally developed by NASA. Then we’ll do whatever it takes to get you to the next step, whether it’s a proof of concept to secure funding, developing a model from only a vague idea, or building a working prototype of the facility.
